Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to all reunion packages and merchandise (T-shirts) purchased through the official Carroll High School Class of 1982 45th Reunion website:
https://carrollhighmonroela1982.com/.

1. Reunion Packages (e.g., Weekend Pass, Full Package)
All sales of Reunion Packages are non-refundable. Funds collected are immediately used for planning, venue deposits, catering, and other non-recoverable expenses. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued.

Transfer Policy: Packages may be transferred to another verified member of the Carroll High School Class of 1982.

Action Required: To complete a transfer, the original purchaser must email 45thclassreunion@carrollhighmonroela1982.com with:
• Name of the original purchaser
• Name of the classmate receiving the package
• Type of package being transferred

All transfers must be completed no later than August 15, 2027.

2. Reunion Merchandise (T-Shirts)
All sales of customized merchandise such as T-shirts are final. Merchandise is ordered according to total quantities purchased, and sizes are specific to each order.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or the wrong size/design, contact the committee within 7 days at 45thclassreunion@carrollhighmonroela1982.com for review and replacement options.

3. Cancellation of the Reunion Event
If the 45th Reunion weekend is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government mandates), purchasers will receive either:
• A full refund of the Reunion Package price, OR
• A credit toward a rescheduled event or future class event.
